I've been looking forward to trying this beer for sometime and it did not disappoint.
A - Pours a murky orangish color with a nice white/tan head that laces oh so nicely down the sides of the glass.
S - Fruits, clove, yeast and funk. Specifically Guava, citrus, pineapple and other tropical fruits. Cloves and a Funky yeasty smell that tap dances around the fruits to make one exquisitely smelling beer.
T - Citrus is the prominent fruity taste but guava and the other tropical flavors are definitely evident. There is also evidence of clove, yeasty flavors, a splash of pepper and some funky flavors.
M - Medium bodied
D - At 8% this beer is rather enjoyable I've had 2 glasses and would like more.
This beer is perfect for a hot Florida summer night great job Cigar City really enjoyed this one.

A phenomenally bubbly rush of snappy straw colored soapy head. Cloudy orange-red brew. Not overly appetizing. Lacing is weak.
Tart, lemon-lime, horsey aroma, clove. Strong. Of course, Guava too. Slightly too much funk.
Nicely bitter and smooth. Much more rounded than the appearance shows. Heavy effervescents. Sweetness is spot on and translates fruit nicely. Lots of dry, earthy, ripe, bitter, guava, clove, spice, and smooth light dry sour factor. Sourness is not over the top it's greatly dulled by heavy bitter bite.
A very unique beer. It's close to what I thought it would be and it didn't let me down. A nice risky take by CCB. Solid and worthy. I wouldn't give up much in trade, but still worthy.
