On tap at CBC 2016. Dark caramel with a tan head. Tons of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and toasted coconut. A damn good beer, one of the highlights of the show for me.

Darker Amber pour, ruby red highlights in the light. Thin pour, tight white bubbled head with moderate lacing.

Very subtle nose. Nothing in your face. Getting slight nutmeg and cinnamon. Some pumpkin, pie crust and graham cracker. Sweet maltiness in the back end.

Surprisingly multi dimensional flavor compared to the weakness of the nose. Some solid pumpkin flavored spices, pretty noticable nutmeg and cinnamon. Quite boozy in the middle, caramel and raisins in the back end.

Mouthfeel is very thin, not heavy carbonated and definitely not an easy drinker. The booziness carries a little.

22oz bottle poured into a goblet

A- pours a deep ruby-amber color with a small fizzy off-white head that disappears almost immediately, leaving nothing behind

S- nice sweet caramel malt aroma provides a sturdy backbone to the array of pumpkin spicing. Highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice & clove. Hints of pie crust and vanilla whipped cream close it out, with more sweet malt on the linger

T- near perfect balance of the spices up front with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove & all-spice, followed by stewed apples and raisins. There is a strong sweet malty base that adds elements of caramel, vanilla and pie crust. More raisin, cinnamon and nutmeg on the finish with a sweet malty linger

M- medium body with moderate carbonation produces a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy on the finish, abv is hidden well

O- definitely one of the best pumpkin ales on the market. Unlike most of the style, this has a sweet and strong malt backbone that match up perfectly with the spices, very well done

I've had my fair share of pumpkin beers from Weyerbacher to Southern Tier and this is by far the best I've come across. The mouth-feel is generous and inviting just as the taste guides you through complex flavors without losing touch. Simply phenomenal.

More pumpkin than spice, a good spice though. A good burnt/roasted cinnamon that makes for a great pie crust like flavor. Easily one of the best pumpkin beers around.

Pours a glowing Amber color. Has a sweet boozy aroma with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and pumpkin. Flavor is sweet, lightly boozy and reminds me of pumpkin pie. You get notes of pumpkin and fall spices ( cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice ) overall this is a really nice pumpkin ale

Poured from a 22oz bottle (dated 05Aug15) into a pint glass.
LOOK: Pours with a half finger's worth of off-white foam that shrivels to a white line after 20 seconds. Amber in color. Rising bubbles are very subtle in quantity and are both medium and very small in size. Lacing is thin and moderate.
SMELL: Has very strong aromas of pumpkin that combine with mild aromas of nutmeg, caramel, cinnamon, and cloves.
TASTE: Strong pumpkin flavors whether initially and are immediately followed by mild flavors of caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. As the taste unravels, pumpkin and caramel flavors grow stronger as spices persist in strengh. However, hints of aluminum enter towards the very end. It almost seems like I am drinking this out of a can.
FEEL: Somewhere between full-bodied and medium-bodied. Subtly carbonated and ends with a thirst-quenching finish.
NOTE: This was a work of art. I am not sure where the aluminum flavors are coming from. But they were only hints, so they did not interfere too much.

Poured on draft into an Irish pint glass.

A: Pours a deep amber/copper with an off-white head that thins out somewhat but maintains and laces nicely.

S: Notes of cinnamon, raisin, apples and nutmeg. The complex aromas mask the faint smell of pumpkin, which is a pleasant surprise in the typically overwhelmingly artificial pumpkin beer market.

T: Rich, spicy pumpkin casserole flavors complimented with spices that settle thickly and deliciously on the palate. A little boozy at 8.5% but pleasantly so.

M: Medium body with a light carbonation that actually dances on the tongue somewhat.

O: One of the better (if not best), richer, non-artificial tasting pumpkin beers on the market. A delicious ale great for bringing in the cooler Fall weather, this is definitely a beer that needs to be on the pumpkin beer drinker's list.

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a snifter tulip.

Look is brown with amber highlights with thin head.

Aroma is malt and brown sugar with pumpkin spice notes. Lots of clove cinnamon and nutmeg, but well balanced. Like a delicate spice cake.

Taste is initially very spice, but it then mellows into this wonderful blend of malt and spice. Best pumpkin beer ever.

Poured the bomber (or at least part of it) into a 16 ounce snifter. Copper color with minimal head, though the little did stick around for awhile. Aromas were faint, which wasn't surprising upon tasting. Very mild flavor. Not overly spicy, though you could taste the undertones of them. Glad I tried it, but I prefer Pumking, something that is readily available in my area.

Not necessarily the best pumpkin beer of all time but it was on nitro at the brew pub and it creates the sensation of whipped cream topping and makes the beer smooth like pumpkin pie filling.

Bomber poured into a snifter. Whether this is good or not, I'm hoping to never drink another pumpkin beer.

Good looking beer. Deep copper color with a cream-colored head. Sudsy and creamy head. Persists well. 4.5

It's not overly spiced, so that's awesome. Has a hint of some tartness and fruit. Caramel malt sweetness. Not a ton on the nose. 3.75

Interesting first sip. Seems like a Belgian Dubbel with the candi syrup flavor. Reminds me of a lollipop for the candied sweetness. Pumpkin appears subtly and imparts a vegetal, squash quality and some light spice creeps in that again, is understated. 3.75

Candy-like sweetness and feel, akin to sucking on a lollipop. This is a dessert drink if anything. Smooth but with a tickle of carbonation and spice that accentuate the sweetness at times and other times downplay it. 3.75

I appreciate that this isn't a spice bomb, but it seems a sweet, syrupy bomb in place of that.

650ml bottle poured into mini cognac tulip 12/9/15

A glows amber, even a small pour has a little head that hangs around for a few sips, looks thick like the the little bubbles are struggling to get to the surface

S big on vanilla, some allspice and nutmeg, yams and faint pumpkin, hard toffee a plenty, and a hint of ginger and cinnamon with a little booze

T mimics the nose but a little more booze and the individual spices are harder to pick out

M medium bodied, creams up, fine grit, a little heat, heaps of spice lingering

O solid pumpkin beer, well spiced, not exactly unique but well made

I told myself I was only having one pumpkin beer this year and this one just popped up at my place, cheers Corson!!

I love pumpkin beer, they are what really got me into craft beer. I've been anxiously waiting to try this beer, #1 pumpkin beer in the world... It's way too sweet!!! Never tasted a beer so sweet, hurt my teeth. The aroma and taste are great but if they knocked the sweetness down a touch it would be perfect.

L - Dark orange/copper bordering on amber. Two fingers of off-white/eggshell head.

S -- Spices for days. Nutmeg, cinnamon, clove. Pumpkin of course, but it doesn't dominate.

T - Much larger pumpkin presence on the taste. All the spices are here, but it is spicy like a top-shelf rum. Excellent vanilla or cream flavor with a big cinnamon finish.

M - Big and full mouthfeel. Makes full use of the 8.5%. Slight alcohol taste. Lots of carbonation moves everything along.

O - Fantastic pumpkin beer, one of the best (prolly the best) I've ever had. Complex and drinkable.

Move over Pumpking, this is the new best pumpkin beer. The spices, the mouthfeel all spot on. I even get hints of vanilla in the back of this one. The one beer I look forward to every fall.

One of my favorite pumpkin style beers. I truly enjoy this Cigar City rendition of the harvest season style. Bursting with real pumpkin flavor and pumpkin spices including Ceylon cinnamon, Jamaican all-spice, Zanzibar cloves and nutmeg not overpowering with cinnamon like most of the October styles just enough to let you know it is in there,

Pours an amber hue with a translucent clarity. Nose expresses nutmeg, clove, peppery notes and a hint of ethanol. Taste consistent with nose - what I like about this beer is that the spice profile is not in your face. Mouthfeel is light-medium with an even carbonation and a slight acidity. Overall, a solid pumpkin beer. Generally not a style in my wheelhouse; however, I enjoyed this one. Definitely in my top three for the style thus far.

Has a dark amber color with almost a sweet bourbon smell. Mellow but present pumpkin flavor but most of the taste comes from a myriad of spices. Even gives off the flavor of being bourbon barrel aged and is rather alcoholic. This beer could use some aging to allow some more flavors to open up. (Like most pumpkin beers in my opinion).

Tons of natural pumpkin flavor initially with the spices becoming more dominant as the beer warms. One of the better pumpkin beers that I've had.

Pours a nice dark amber, orangish-red color with off-white head. Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and caramel and malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes like a nice piece of pumpkin pie.

Bright copper color with a thin head with short retention and leaving a ring.
Nice aroma of pumpkin sweet, cloves, cinnamon, caramel and nutmeg.
Flavor with notes of cloves, pumpkin sweet, lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, some nuts and vanilla. Dry aftertaste with a lasting sweet spices note.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 8.5% is well disguised.
Likely the best pumpkin I had. It has a superior balance and it is more elegant than other counterparties with good spices complexity.
