Poured into a tulip.
A: Pours a bright tangerine hazy orange with 2 fingers of thick head. Really pretty looking beer. Spotted lacing develops.
S: Soft grapefruit and citrus hops with a musky cedar smell - like a humidor conveniently. As the beer settles the cedar gets stronger.
T: Bright citrus flavors with a balancing malt backbone and cedar taste. I pick up some light vanilla as well.
M: Lively carbonation and a medium body. The wood adds an interesting feel as well. Really crisp and bright in the mouth.
D: Great beer here. Would be interested in trying some of the different versions of this one - more fruit and less malt. Overall impressed here as I normally am with CC.
