750ml bottle poured into DFH signature glass. I think this was released July 2011, but I can't tell from the bottle print (missing a little)
A: Pours a very clear orange color. Fluffy bright white big bubbled head. Good carbonation. Some sticky lacing.
S: Definitely get some cedar, and some fruity notes, and some breadiness. Smells really nice actually. Lots of fruit.
T: Ok, thought it was UNFRESH but it's actually fine. You don't get the hop bitterness on the tip of the tongue I was expecting. You get a little mild one. Then the malt bill and cedar hit you. Really nice woodiness. And the close is crisp and somewhat clean.
M: Medium bodied
O: B+ to A- because I wonder what freshness would do for this or if better with age and the wood.
