I finally found my long lost review. Just a short preface, when the server crashed I lost like 15 reviews and was able to locate all but one and it has haunted me, lol. Well I found this in my email today when I was cleaning it out.

Growler recieved from a very kind florida BA, I was thrilled to see this one hit the front porch. Served cold and poured into several pint glasses.

The pour was very nice, suffered a touch as there was a slight cap leak so no billowing head, but a small, maybe quarter inch layer on top gave way to some light side glass lacing. Dark as night without even the slightest bit of anything shining through here at all. Aroma is sweet, the delicate chocolate and roasted nut aroma of the bolita is wondefully accented by a rich and semi sweet coconut presence, really just wonderfully well done and a fantastic representation of the depths to which CCB will go. Decadent dessert like flavor now overpowers the senses as it drips across the palate, super smooth with a velver like carbonation and a long drawn out flavor of coconut and coffee that just hit the spot. Light dry finish was the icing on the cake. It tasted every bit of 9 percent but it needed to and I loved it, I really could have drank this one all day and never turned back. One of the better CCB brews I have had lately.

Had a sample of this one before I left the country for a bit.

A: Pours a wonderful rich dark brown hue with a small tan head. Good retention with nice lace.

S: Wow wonderful combination of aromas. Reminds me of an espresso soaked chocolate laden macaroon.

T: This is the most coconut forward of the coconut treatments. The coconut really shines right from the start and it tastes almost toasted. I am sure it may just be the roast of the malt though. The coffee is big and bold like the coffee in all CCB brews. The chocolate just plays perfectly off the chocolate and coffee. One of my absolute favorite beers.

M: Full bodied, big, bold, smooth. No hint of the ABV in this one.

D: Yes I wish I could sip this one every morning after a hard nights work.

Brillant!

A - It looks the same as regular Bolita, which is to say it is a rich coffee-brown hue with a healthy cap of cappuchino-colored foam and deposits some sticky swatches of lace.

S - This treatment worked; coconut and chocolate are aromatically present in respectable quantities. The base Bolita provides a perfect canvas, offering sweet and roasty notes of toffee, hazelnut and chicory.

T - While the treatment is not enough to produce a full-on Almond Joy-like confection impression, the chocolate and coconut is just flavorful enough to be sublime. The base beer is still very enjoyable and apparent through the infusion, it is just complemented with further complexity. The toasted coconut is hugely agreeable with the toffee notes of Bolita, and the cocoa rounds the whole thing out.

M - Big and creamy; an enhancing feel.

D - One of CCB's better treatments.

Pours a good, solid, clear brown. A small head that leaves some lace.
Smell is cocoanut, roasted/toasted malts, dark/bittersweet chocolate with a sweet note present.
Taste is heavily roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, the same sweet note with a slight alcohol presence.
Well balanced throughout. Smooth with a light effervescence and a medium body that leans heavier. Slightly warming
A very good beer. If you like their Bolita double brown, you will like this.

From Notes on 11/1/10- On tap at the CCB tasting room.

A: Poured into a small goblet, rich dark brown with a small tan head.
S: Chocolate, Coffee, and a little nutty
T: I was expecting more coconut flavor to pop out its realy faint, it was just more like a typical brown ale. The cocont only appeared after the beer warmed but it was still extremely faint.
M: Smooth and creamy.
D: Nice to try.
