from notes

orange tinted amber came out of the can and splashed and poured a huge three inch head of white foam that stuck to the side with incredible lacing and a formidable amount of foam. Tons of carbonation was streaming up to the surface throughout the session. Aroma was grapefruit and pineapple heaven, tropical fruits and hints of berries dashed in and out.. Not piercing bitter, rather totally sweet and fruity and mellow. Wonderful balance of aroma and completely fresh. Really well done. Each sip followed suit as the hops were dripping with freshness and ripe citrus flavor. Touches of sweetness balancing it out nicely as even in the final sips I was pickin up hints of buttery and biscuit like notes before a rich and dry grapefruit finish

A - A surprising (for a gravity draw cask) two finger head of foam on top of a hazy orange body. The foam sticks around fairly well and leaves sticky lace.

S - Fruity hops and actual fruit blend to the point of being indistinguishable. Berry, pine, pepper and mango aromas are balanced by mild toast and caramel malt.

T - Very sweet and fruity, but also quite bitter. Lots of tropical fruit with guava and pineapple notes. Some peppery clove in the finish with moderate bitterness to balance.

M - Medium thick body, low carbonation, and a surprisingly dry finish.

D - Very complex, this beer has been completely transformed by the fruit and conditioning. The aroma is excellent and the fruit it was aged on compliments the hops very nicely. I thought it a bit cloying and medicinal at first, but it got very nice towards the end of the glass.
