Had on tap at Engine 15 in Jacksonville (poured into a pint glass)
A: Straw yellow with no head (or at least none visible to me).
S: Like peaches and hops a little bit of pine. The smell is quite impressive to say the least.
T: Peaches are shy and fade fairly fast, but there is a strong ipa to back it up. hops and pine are evident, its sweater than most ipas.
M: Same as tatse but doesn't really take away from the beer since it's good.
O: A good beer, I'd keep it on hand it I could. Not a top 100 beer, but something that I like that I could drink a lot of it was available. I wouldn't seek it out again but i'd certainly reorder it.

Cigar City smokes NYC at Rattle N Hum. Peachy aroma, it smells likethe real thing rather than extract. Dark yellow body, little head. Smooth drinker, though carbonation is right there. More of a pale hale in terms of bitterness tasted. A Nice novelty.

Had this at the CCB tasting at Beer City in North Babylon, NY.
Poured into a Hoffbrau mug
A - Orange and slight carbonation.
S - Sweet and plenty of peach flavor. It is not overwhelming, and quite nice. Doesn't come off as forced/articificial.
T - OMG! This is a nice variant of an american IPA. Slightly hoppy and hints of grain give way to a sweet finish loaded with peach flavor. Almost like a peach Snapple, if it were a beer.
M - Extremely light for the ABV, and smooth. I can imagine this being rediculous in the summer.
D - They really need to make this in bottles for us that live too far from the brewery. I would love to have this in the summer.
CCB has gone up a few notches in my book with this.

Poured from tap into a Pint glass.
Color: Light copper with a white head.
Smell: Peach, hops and malts.
Taste: Peach, hops and malts.
Mouthfeel: Great carbonation and slightly dry on the palate.
Overall: Very good. Reminds me of a hoppy peach ice tea. The peach is defintely there but it's not overwhelming. If you love peaches and IPAs you have to try this. Cheers!

Thanks to theduderules for sharing this awesome growler with tasting group.
Drinking from a Brandy Snifter...sitting on the couches at The Nova.
Delicious scent of peach aroma from the second the growler was popped. This Ipa has a ripe peach smell and finish. You get a little light hops but the showcase here is the peach. Excellent beer I could drink this all day.

on tap at the ccb taproom, i had the pleasure of enjoying this one multiple times this week. poured into a pint glass and enjoyed on 4/11/2011.
very nice light pour with a light golden amber and a slight amount of haze to it. a light white head came up to about an inch or so above the glass before settling back down and leaving a goo bit of lacing around the edges of the glass.
aroma is light citrus and loads of fresh peaches and fruit. this really works very, very well i have to say. i was quite impressed with how nicely it pulled off. the light peach notes really seemed to mesh well with the well balanced profile of the jai alai, creating a light, and very sessionable flavor. smooth and clean finish was just what the doctor ordered and overall i could not have enough good things to say about this one.
great beer and a fantastic treatment here. would love to see this bottled.

On draft at Rattle n Hum, NYC.
Poured a medium amber hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and good lacing.
The smell featured balmy, sweet tropical fruit - pineapple, apricot, peach.
The taste consisted of pineapple and a touch of pepper. A pleasant residual sweetness as well.
The mouthfeel was soft and round.
Overall an interesting and tasty IPA. A sure original that surprised me with its drinkability.
