A: Jose Marti is nearly black, with garnet highlights penetrating only when the brew is held to the light. Head is a touch weak, but overall this brew looks pretty enticing.
S: Deep black chocolate, and touch of espresso, and a hint of walnut create a rich bouquet.
T: Slightly sweet malt is balanced by bitter dark chocolate and coffee, topped off by a touch of Pacific Northwest hops. this brew is incredibly enjoyable.
M: Full bodied and chewy. The texture perfectly complements the richness in flavor.
D: A fantastic brew from the South's greatest asset, Cigar City. This is definitely worth a try if you can get your hands on it, as it is one of the better American Porters out there.
