12pz can poured into a wit glass.

A: Dull golden and cloudy. Fine-bubbled white head sputters out after a while.

S: Wheat,my rackety malt, musty and lightly spicy Belgian yeast. Whiffs of peppery coriander and faint orange peel.

T: Crackery malt and some doughy wheat. Dry. Dusty yeast. Mild peppery coriander. Sort of a brief lemon/lime character. Oily orange peel is a constant throughout. Dusty, yeasty finish is dry and abrupt.

M: Light bodied with some creamy, wheaty froth. Very crisp and biting in the carbonation department.

O: It's easy to imagine how quenching and refreshing this would be on a brutally hot and humid day. The overall crisp and dry qualities make it very easy to get to the bottom of this can. A solid pairing with feta cheese.

Yeah, really not overly impressed here. There was a lot of vanilla in both the nose and taste. The aftertaste was a nice bit of wheat and slight hops to finish, that was the good part. There was something a little too sweet that I can't place my finger on. This was good, easy drinking, extremely smooth. Just not blown away by any means. But it did taste like a wheat beer and a sessionable one.

12 oz can was poured into a pint glass.

Appearance: A one finger puffy head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a hazy golden yellow with great vision of tiny bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Bready wheat, vanilla, coriander, orange peel, and some yeasty notes.

Taste: Same as above. Bready and vanilla as notes come out strong with everything else lightly there.

Mouthfeel: Tart, chewy, some spice, medium bodied, refreshing, and medium carbonation.

Overall: Solid witbier out of a can. Yes, a can. Perfect for this hot Orlando weather.
