M:fuller body, heavy carbonation, decent drink ability
O: not great, but pretty good. An acceptable pool/beach beer for the summer fl heat

12 oz can born June 12.
A: Lovely pale, cloudy yellow. Enormous head that dies down right away. Still, looks good.
S: Well, cat pee. But not a hint of the synthetic sweetness of a mediocre wit. A touch of green grape. I don't get any of the orange peel or cilantro this is brewed with.
T: This is great. Much more interesting than the nose due to excellent use of saison yeast. Clean, straight-ahead and delicious saison/wit hybrid.
M: Nice and soft, but mine wasn't as active in the mouth as others have described. Would have liked a spritz uptick.
O: Really liked it. There are very few domestic wits available in New Orleans, none of which I buy with regularity. If (god willing) Cigar City ever gets its trucks here, this immediately becomes a summer regular. Sharing rarified air with the noble Allagash White.
