12oz can poured into sangria glass.

Pours a light and hazy straw yellow, minimal head goes away quickly. Lots of wheat smell here, crisp and clean. A little bubblegum flavor with some banana. I also Get the coriander in there. Lots of carbonation working here, making it very refreshing and easy to drink. I didn't expect this to be this solid of a Belgian White, one of the better ones I've had in sometime.

A: Very cloudy golden pour. Big soda-like fizzy white head that fades away almost immediately. Zero lacing.

S: Very mild and sweet wheaty aroma. Some spices. Coriander? Mellow.

T: Mild sweet orange up front. Definitely sweet grains. Wheaty, but I swear there's corn in there too. Again with the spice, must be coriander. Light citrus on the back end.

M: Smooth, medium bodied.

O: Nice mild, easy drinking witbier. Sweet citrus flavors, some spices and some wheat. Pretty standard but still way better than something like a blue moon. Easy drinking. Nice summer beer.

12 oz. can poured into a snifter (canned on 6/12/13)

I was in FL on vacation, so I picked up all the CCB beers I could find, regardless of style.

A: Nice hazy/cloudy grayish blonde that deposited a bunch of bubbles on the sides of the glass when I poured it. Lots of bubble can be seen popping up on the surface.

S: A bit of sour funk, with a hint of tartness.

T: It is hard to distinguish a lot of flavors with all of the strong carbonation that just swirls around your palate and is very distracting. Lots of wheaty flavors that are very slightly tart and funky, quite yeasty.

M: Extremely carbonated and crisp. Lots of little bubble pinpricks are felt.

O: I don't think I am a fan of this style. The carbonation is a bit strong for me and not a big fan of the flavors.

A - Beautiful, ultra-thick pure white head. No lacing and medium retention, but it's an ultra-hot day. Pale straw colored, and hazy, with visible particles in suspension. Good looking beer.

S - Wheat, almost rye-like. Barest hint of banana or clove. I like the subtlety, but the dry wheat smell is fairly middling.

T - Banana, sour fruit, spice, and a healthy dose of wheat. A bit of sugary Belgian yeast that strengthens as the beer warms. This is a very tasty beer.

M - Medium-light, with a dry finish. Extremely drinkable in any fashion.

O - This is a wheat beer 100% worth trying. I put it up there with some of the better imports, although it's a notch below the best.
