On tap at the source.

A: looks just like the base beer. Dark brown color with a nice tan head. Good retention and lacing.

A: Man the white oak just jumps out of the glass. The notes of vanilla, coconut, and wood are very impressive. It really smells just like white oak jai Alai. The wood takes over the aroma, which is not a bad thing, but the underlying notes of the base beer do get lost.

T: This is odd, because the huge notes of the wood in the nose are rather hidden in the taste. The base brew shines over the treatment here. Notes of chocolate malt, resiny hops, and vanilla, with subdued notes of wood and coconut. Finishes clean and dry.

M: Medium body perfect carbonation, just like all ccb brews.

O: Interesting take here. I absolutley love what the white oak does to the nose, but the flavor is a bit off. I am a fan of originality, but I couldn't have too many of these. But definitely worth a try.
