Draft at Cigar City during Hunahpu Day 2012.

Pours a golden yellow straw color with a half finger white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring.  Sporadic streaks of lace left behind.

Sweet pineapple aroma with subtle funky yeast and bread notes. I'd like to expand my description of the nose but that's all there is really.

Medium bodied with slightly tart funk up front followed by sweet pineapple and a strong bready yeast presence.  Not as much pineapple as expected.  Subtle really with a dry finish.

On tap at Hunahpu's day #3, reviewed from notes, served in a plastic pint glass, keep it classy. Beer is yellow and clear with a nice white head of small bubbles, some lacing, moderate retention and carbonation.

Aroma is pineapple and grain.

Beer is light in body, wet, wet finish, light and carbonated on the palate, sweet with a grainy finish, the pineapple isn't as present in the taste as it was in the nose. A decent beer but not great.
