One of 6 samples at the tasting room 1/29/14
It's a bright coppery orange with a wispy but strong off-white head. Retention of the foamy cap that's left is good, and some thin webbing forms between the spotting.
Peach! At least, I got a lot of it in the nose as well as the flavor. My wife actually had a hard time getting the peach. I though it was fresh, juicy, and practically fuzzy with a natural essence to it. It's not overly sweet or unripe, landing with all the balance of sweet, tart and slightly sour in the end that it should have. There's also a nice backbone of leaf and pine, something a little dry that gets more dry along the way, and a softer kind of white pepper note. There's a bit of citrus rind and pulp, but it gets jumbled. Regardless, this is good stuff as a craft, though it may not fit for everyone.
The body is almost light but eases gently into medium. It's lightly crisp and smooth with a bit of fluffiness in it.

On tap at Tipples (I THINK this is the Humidor version given the dryness). Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small head. Smells like you would think, and mostly all peach. Flavor follows with peach up front, followed by a bitter finish with lingering peach here. Any malt or hop taste is very subdued, but the bitter balances any sweetness perfectly. A neat beer. Not mind blowing, but a lot of fun to drink. Yum.
