Pint on Tap at Cigar City Tampa FL for 5$

Appearance - Slightly hazy yellow colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is some decent lacing. The head lasted for around 4-5 minutes.

Smell - Hops, malts, caramel, lemons/grapefruit

Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste caramel and hops. There is also some grapefruit, tangerines, and lemons. It ends with a fruity and hoppy aftertaste.

Overall – Strikes me as more of a IPA taste wise. This is a really good beer that I would gladly revisit. It was quite hoppy and very drinkable. (643 characters)

Freshie can (canned 10/29/14 stamped on the bottom, so about 10 days in the can) from Decicco's in Ardsley, NY

Fresh hop nose, pours typical near clear, lighter almond amber. Frothy off white head, thats on the looser side. Leaves fluffy strands of stick.

Pleasing hopped up pale. Resins and pine early then some soft tropical fruit in the finish. Nice. (357 characters)

Serving glass: Poured from can into pseudo-pint glass.

Appearance: Hazy honey-gold with moderate head and light lacing.

Smell: Strong citrusy aroma that lingers well. Mostly tart grapefruit.

Taste: Very hoppy with mostly grapefruit driving the taste. Some tropical and spicy notes as well. The malts are mostly kept in the background. Slightly bitter finish, with more of a lingering hop taste rather than lingering bitterness.

Feel: Light to medium body that is crisp, very dry and borderline tart. Carbonation is moderate.

Overall: Excellent Pale Ale that is very hoppy and flavorful. I may even like this better than Jai Alai. Very impressed. (650 characters)

On tap at CCB takeover at OTC.

A: Pretty standard for a pale ale I guess. Pale golden color. Pretty clear with a nice white head. Great lacing.
S: Lots of citrus. Oranges and peaches all the way. Some pineapple and mango too.
T: Extremely well balanced. Citrus and tropical hops. Some maltiness to balance it out. Clean and bitter finish.
M: Light bodied. A bit sweet but extremely drinkable. Nice bitterness.
O: Excellent pale ale, one of my favorite sessionable beers. (476 characters)
