Had on draft 4oz pour into snifter at churchkey on 5/8/14

A-Poured a hazy, golden dark-orange color with an off-white, medium sized head. Decent lacing.

S-Aroma was peaches, straight up peach juice, and mango.

T-Flavor was nice citrus, light pine, all within a wonderfully easy to drink peach flavor.

M-Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

O-Overall the peach flavor is great idea. Wonder if CC did a bourbon aged how would that taste.

Reviewed from notes. Drank as part of a Jai Alai-White Oak-Peach White Oak-Humidor flight of fun. Poured from 32 oz. growler into a Westbrook pint glass.

A: Pours a nice copper, lightly hazy, with a half-finger of white head and low visible carbonation.

S: I don't know if it was due to the growler being a couple days old (4 days), but I don't get huge aroma here. Not that it doesn't smell nice, but it's not one of those you're smelling 18 inches away. I get some vanilla and spicy oak, citrus and tropical fruit hops like White Oak, with a bit more fruity sweet.

T: Sweet and oaky and fruity up front, than some vanilla, juicy peach, with pine, grass and citrus pith hops. Hang is bitter and sweet. The white oak flavors are here but toned down a little with the peach/stone fruit that really cuts the bitterness, and is a nice compliment to the vanilla oak.

M: Medium body, alcohol just barely noticeable, low to medium carbonation sensation.

O: Good, and I liked it better than the regular White Oak. Still prefer Humidor to either, but the White Oak flavors are starting to grow on me a little bit.

A clear, copper, foamy white head, nice lacing

S fantastic fresh white peaches, light floral, pine, vanilla,

T resin, and sweet pine, peach, nectar,

M full bodied, thick, fizzy, prickly.

O fantastic. This is one flavored ipa that I really really like. Much better than the humidor peach which is very heavy on the black pepper side. I recommend this to anyone.

Copper color. Mostly clear. Served with about a half inch of lightly tan colored head. Lots of clumpy lacing. Aroma is very appealing; full of juicy peach. Reminds of that peach flavored Snapple they sell. Taste is a big of a dichotomy. There is a juicy sweetness from the peach, some tropical coconut, some red apple. Then there is a piney bitterness that contrasts strongly with the juicy fruit. Mouthfeel is similar; both a sweet juicy quality along with the strong IPA bitterness. Overall a very interesting IPA. Can't say I'd want more than one. (Wife says it tastes like suntan lotion, but also says she likes it)
