Pours a dull, hazy orange with a three-finger, bright white fluffy head. Nose expresses a dull apple aroma with an earthy quality and a hint of cork. Taste reveals sweet apples and a slight tannic character. Mouthfeel is light in body with a prickly, bright carbonation and a light acidity. Overall, an interesting beer, but a bit too sweet for my sensibilities. I'd be curious to see what a little age does to this beer.

Well well well... This one is an original... A Chablis (French white wine) barrel aged blend of oak aged sour blonde ale and handpicked-apple cider.
The balance is wonderful, the complexity amazing, the drinkability to the rooftop. Quite sour it delivers mainly hay, flowers and apple attributes. The barrel aging smooth the whole thing with wonder.
Great stuff

It's like Tartare, but not as in your face. So good.
