From Belgiuminabox. In Grimbergen glass. Watching Ready Player One. Not bad but fairly bland in flavors, with just light apple/pear notes that dont save it from boredom and artificially smooth like some industrials

L: Pours a dark golden color, cleary unfiltered that it have a lot of floating particles. A nice creamy top of head that disolves very slow, with sticky lacings on the sides of the glass.
S: Honey,citrus,candied sugar,floral hops and toast.
T&F: Follows the nose most aspects. Fruity flavour up front with sugary yeast in the background, gets more flavours of spices and floral hops in the middle, Dry and bitter finish with a good lenght in the aftertaste. mouthfeel is creamy, medium carbonation. A little dull in the flavours and the mouthfeel. Nothing really exiting about it. A little bad since both the look and aroma was going inn favor of this beer.
O: A decent enough belgian blonde, but it exist a lot of more exiting examples of this style. Good, but not overwhelming exiting

On tap at The Hoppy Loft, Brussels.
Bright gold with white film. 3.75
Big sweet wax and flowers nose. 3.75
Toast, grain, dough, pear, and slight grass. 3.5
Light, crisp, slight oil. 3.75
Incredibly light - a croissant of a beer. Supposed based on a historic monks’ recipe, so something of a faux Trappist about it. Clean, accessible, and pleasant, though entirely insubstantial. 3.75
