Poured at 50F from an 11.2 oz bottle into a Hoegaarden goblet. Gotta love that pink elephant on the label :-) I let it sit until it warmed to about 58F.
A - Pale golden color with a nice thick white head that was about 3/4" thick, but didn't last very long. Quite cloudy, with a noticeable yeast cloudiness at the bottom of the goblet.
S - Yeast is foremost, then cloves with a light citrus aroma (but I can't pick out any particular fruit).
A - Definately spicy up front, kind of like some of those spiced teas that they call 'chai', followed by a tanginess that is almost sour, but balanced by a sweet maltiness. Very nice!
M - Light with a bit of an alcohol presense.
D - This is a sipping beer that you'll want to savor to get a feel for the depth of flavor that it offers.
