I consumed this beer in my cousin's apartment in Wavre, Belgium.
Appearance: Served in a Duvel glass. It pours a golden orange color with a a big, white, fluffy head. Very nice looking beer. Nice lacing left on the sides of the glass.
Smell: Mostly malty citrus with a spicy corriander scent and some orange peel.
Taste: Pepper, sweet malt, corriander, and some sourness at the end. I find the sourness a bit offensive. There is a near burning alcohol warmth in the middle. I definately taste that 9%. Other flavors I taste are citrus sweetness and green apple.
Mouthfeel: Dry and sticky on the palate. Very nice and comfortable.
Serving type: bottle
