A- Another Belgian with a snow globe effect of floaties in a pale yellow body. White head that fizzles away to nearly nothing. Nothing in terms of lacing.
S- Belgian yeast, fruity esters, a dry white wine aroma. More spice comes out as it warms.
T- The start has a good balance of spice and fruit that carries through to a somewhat sour/stale finish. The heat from the alcohol is noticeable and dries it out.
M- Assertive carbonation, light body and fairly smooth.
O- It's ok, the huge chunks were a bit of a turnoff. I found that it wasn't nearly as complex as a lot of the great Belgians.
