on-tap at Bulls Head Public House in Lititz, PA
A- a very clear yellow that leaves some frothy head that dissipates semi-quickly for a Belgian. Leaves little lacing.
S- Citrus, Peaches, Sugar and Belgian Yeast
T- all sorts of fruit. Bananas, Peaches, Pineapples, with a really muted candy sugar note. The Belgian yeast taste really, really nice on this one. A touch of hops bitterness on the tail end drys things out.
M- thin, and bubbly.
D- Significantly more drinkable than most Belgians, I can have more than just 1. This is really, really good Belgian beer.
Serving type: on-tap
