Appearance: One of the palest/lightest beers I've seen. Visible effervescence and a large head with big soapy bubbles.
Aroma: Yeast and a hint of white grape. A sweet and subtle aroma overall.
Taste: Starts wet and almost juicy then the fruit tastes of pear and apple come through. Aftertaste is a little dry with some yeast flavor to it. Not much bitterness and no alcohol flavor.
Mouthfeel: Highly effervescent with above average drinkability. A little rough on the palate in the aftertaste.
Final Thoughts: A good beer but not really the type of Belgian beer I usually enjoy. Would I drink it again? Perhaps in a few years.
Serving type: bottle
