Delirium Tremens... more like Delirium Gush-ens. I tried this one in a tulip at cellar temperature... after it violently gushed all over everything. This beer is a gusher. You've been warned.
It has a pure white two-finger head and a slightly hazy, golden-straw body.
A simple, sweet aroma of green apples, pears, and yeast.
Tastes just like it smells, really. It's tart and fruity, with maybe a slightly bready aftertaste.
The feel is very, very light and crisp. Too light and crisp for even a Belgian ale. It's, like... got no substance to it.
It's good, but not complex or anything. One can do much better in the style.
