P: 11.2oz bottle into a tulip glass.
A: A cloudy golden yellow with a two finger fluffy white head. There's a little yeast floating in there as well. The head dissolves into a light coating and lacing is sparse.
S: A lot of hay and grass with some tart fruit. A little honey comes through as it warms.
T: Sweet malt and fruit that finishes with a little bite. More hop bitterness than I would have expected but it cuts through the malt. Easy drinking up front but a little too harsh at the end.
M: Fairly dry with good carbonation. Flavors do not linger.
O: Not overly complex, what you smell is what you taste. It's a good beer flavor-wise but not quite smooth enough to keep me wanting to come back.
