Poured into my Delirium tremens tulip :)
A: Pours a cloudy pale golden color with a massive onslaught of slightly off-white foam that fades slowly and leaved plenty of lacing caked all over the glass. Lots of sediment floating around.
S: Smells of Belgian yeast, lemons, floral hops, and some tartness.
T: Fruity esters from the Belgian yeast hit hard up front, followed by zesty citrus and biting hops. There is some lingering bready goodness from the yeast at the end.
M: Quite the bite up front, but very smooth afterwards. Carbonation cleanses the tongue nicely and leaves a mild coating that keeps me feeling hydrated.
D: Just about the right amount of alcohol that I can drink plenty of them. One of my favorite Belgian pale ales.
