Purchased from my store - we just got single bottles of this and the nocturnum in stock. I may do the latter one later.
Anyway, it pours a creamy yellow with an extremely thick head. Smells like a tripel if I've ever smelt one. A creamy scent hits my nostrils off the bat, paired with a bit of citrus. It's that typical tripel taste - like La Fin Du Monde.
The mouthfeel is very thick with a balanced level of carbonation. The taste is just as citrusy as the aroma - very citrusy reminiscent of a good tripel with almost milky finish. There is a very prominent booziness that this beer boasts.
Overall, it's your basic tripel. Nothing special, but yknow, well done.
