12 oz bottle.
A-Pours a hazy golden yellow with a massive amount of small floaties. Nice bottle-conditioned white head. Lots of carbonation coming from the bottom of the glass. The floaties detract from this beer quite a bit.
S- Light hints of banana, and a spicy yeastiness. Reminds me a lot of Weihenstephaner's offerings in the aroma, but not complex. Just yeast esters.
T- Pretty boring for me anyways. Some yeasty spiciness (pepper, coriander) with light bready malts laying the base way off in the background. Tart on the finish. Reminds me of Weihenstephaner's Hefe to some degree, but with less banana in the taste and more spiciness and tartness. This is much better on draft in my experience.
M- Medium-bodied with high carbonation. Feels sprtizy and sharp in the mouth.
O- Will not be buying from the bottle anytime soon, but will have to revisit this on draft. I remember getting a lot more apple and pear on draft, as well as enjoying it a bit more.

On tap, poured into a snifter.
Appearance - gold, bubbly champagne. Thin, white head that leaves minimal lacing.
Smell - a bit underwhelming; some fruit sweetness and mild spices.
Taste - far exceeds the nose, very flavorful and refreshing!
Feel - light considering the ABV, but that isn't a negative. Finishes a bit dry.
Overall - a very good beer, but for the price, give me Duvel.
