A - Straw coloration, somewhat clear. Tall, 2'' white head that has good retention. Belgian lace throughout consumption.
S - A strong malt profile: bready and biscuity. Fruit esters of banana, lemon citrus. Distinctive peppery phenols.
T - Pronounced malt character progresses to fruitiness, spice phenols, and alcohol enriched dry finish. Yeasty phenolic notes create intense complexity.
M - Medium body with high carbonation. Low warming from ABV is desired and complimentary.
D - Incredible palate leaves you wanting more.
You will definitely have the Delirium Tremens (DT) the next morning after a few of these.

On tap, poured into a snifter.
Appearance - gold, bubbly champagne. Thin, white head that leaves minimal lacing.
Smell - a bit underwhelming; some fruit sweetness and mild spices.
Taste - far exceeds the nose, very flavorful and refreshing!
Feel - light considering the ABV, but that isn't a negative. Finishes a bit dry.
Overall - a very good beer, but for the price, give me Duvel.
