A- Pours with a massive foamy head of 4 fingers, and doesn't seem to go anywhere. Color is a pale gold and slightly cloudy.
S - Spicy aroma, with hints of clove. Very spicy. Also some light fruity flavors.
T - This is where this beer really shines. It is not over powering, but it is clearly a belgian style. The flavor is strongly of spice, and slightly tart. However it never veers towards cloying. There is some slight malt flavor here, but it is way in the back behind the spice.
M - Surprisingly full for such a light colored beer. Plenty of CO2.
O - This is my 200th beer review, and this was a great beer to review for it. Strong, flavorful, and you have no doubt what this beer is. I wouldn't want to have many of these in a sitting, but it is a amazing beer.
