Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: right when I opened the bottle, it started frothing up. Poured into the tulip and the head is huge. Color is a very slightly cloudy pale golden color with lots of apparent effervescence. Looks appetizing!
Smell: dry malt aroma with a hint of grain. Slight floral notes with a touch of apple. Quite nice.
Taste: quite delicious. Big malt, with notable but not overpowering flavors of apple and wheat. Truly great.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a creamy texture. Holds the flavor in the mouth and has a pleasant sensation as well.
Drinkability: BSPAs can get me into trouble; Delirium Tremens is no exception.

On tap, poured into a snifter.
Appearance - gold, bubbly champagne. Thin, white head that leaves minimal lacing.
Smell - a bit underwhelming; some fruit sweetness and mild spices.
Taste - far exceeds the nose, very flavorful and refreshing!
Feel - light considering the ABV, but that isn't a negative. Finishes a bit dry.
Overall - a very good beer, but for the price, give me Duvel.
Serving type: on-tap
