Cloudy straw yellow pour with a thick creamy white head that stays until the end, a very nice looking beer.
Aroma is malty, mainly biscuits with a nice spice background, and a touch of banana fruits.
Taste is spicy up front, cloves, banana, and sweet orange peel. There is a touch of spicy noble hops, that also give a small floral taste.
Mouthfeel is perfect, for a beer of this style I was not expecting a chewy, creamy feel, and loved it. Drinkability is dangerous for 9%, way too easy to drink and I would have to watch myself close with this one.
I am not a fan of belgian yeasts, but this one is very soft and I loved it.
Serving type: on-tap
