Poured into a St. Bernardus goblet.
A : Pours a transluscent golden color with rolls of bubbles creating a huge frothy white head
S : Bug fruit notes, almost a grape-ness. Some bread, light alcohol.
T : Hidden behind a wave of carbonation is levels of esters, some light bitter hop, and tiny wiffs of fruit. Nothing seems to pronounced.
M : Medium bodied and carbonated as can be. A tick dry on finish.
D : The lighter body and fairly well hidden alcohol make this one of easiest to drink Belgians.
Weak on flavor, high on carbonation, not a great example of the style.
Serving type: bottle
