Pours a very pale golden yellow with mountainous rocky head. Smells like hay with citrus components and candied banana esters. Initially tart citrus flavors emerge, lemon, orange, pineapple, then an earthy hoppy undertone cuts through that ands malts become wider, with a doughy aspect. Finishes very clean and somewhat dry with a touch of spice. Mouthfeel is light and feathery with very fine carbonation. Extremely drinkable.
Overall, not the most complex belgian strong pale/tripel i've had, but just damned tasty.
