Apperance: You could watch the beer sink through the head. This one explodes out of the bottle, and leaves you with a head you have to watch. frothy and white, the lacing is monimal, as well as head retention. The brew color was light golden hay.
Nose: Lemon, malt, light citrus, very faint hops, banana nut brread.
Taste: Smooth over the tounge, sweet at the tip. Faint hoppy bitterness at the end. The taste reflected the nose, but the taste had a bit of dry bread, or crakers to it.
Notes: Head and lacing was disapointing. Label sells the bottle, there were no stand-out characteristics.

On tap, poured into a snifter.
Appearance - gold, bubbly champagne. Thin, white head that leaves minimal lacing.
Smell - a bit underwhelming; some fruit sweetness and mild spices.
Taste - far exceeds the nose, very flavorful and refreshing!
Feel - light considering the ABV, but that isn't a negative. Finishes a bit dry.
Overall - a very good beer, but for the price, give me Duvel.
Serving type: on-tap
