330mL bottle into a tulip glass.

A - Honey/straw body with a large, white, rocky head with a medium-low retention. A lot of yeast in there making it very cloudy. 4/5

S - Very good smell of malt and yeast (honey, herbal, spices, caramelized appel). Biscuity. 4.5/5

T - A lot going on in there! Good malted sweetened with a lot of Belgian character coming from the yeast. A hint of acidic notes and a good carbonation to sustain the rest. 4.5/5

M - Medium to full bodied, this beer is super smooth. Level of bitterness is just right to balance the malt. 4.5/5

O/D - Excellent drinkability and very much to style, if you are into Belgians just seek it out! Great beer!

Poured from a 11.2 oz bottle into a wine glass. Reviewed live.

A- Two fingers of thick white head with large bubbles. Nice retention, no lacing. Goldenrod color with high clarity but some cloudiness.

S- Sweet yeasts, bubblegum, alcoholic esters. Honeycrisp apples. Light, sweet and fruity.

T- Bitter strong pale ale. Can taste hoppiness and plenty of booze. Strong brewing yeasts, but still some candied fruits flavors. Not my favorite, but a good representation of the style.

M- Extremely well carbonated, maybe overly so. Vinous mouthfeel, leaves a bit of a sticky dry linger.

O- Above average but not world class, in my opinion. I've had better Belgian Strongs.
