poured from 11.2oz bottle to tulip.
A: Pours a brown body with a grayish haze. Huge off-white head with great retention that turns very rocky.
S: Smells malty with dark fruit, strong red apples, a small hint of clove, and Belgian yeast.
T: Oh, that's too bad. The taste is no where near as flavorful as the smell makes you believe. The palate is the same as the nose but more dull. Dark fruit with a bit of clove, yeast, and malt. Alcohol and bolder flavor peak at about 60 degrees
M&D: Pretty thin on the mouth and not as carbonated as you'd expect based on the intense head. Drinkability is pretty high considering the alcohol and style.
Overalll: It's not a bad beer, it's just a little dull on the palate. I usually prefer this style over that of Tremens, but I like Tremens much more.

I know some people like the foil on top, but I had a very hard time getting to the cage through the foil. To each his own. Really cool white bottle though.
Pours dark ruby that lets a miniscule amount of light through. Finger of head with tight bubbles and good lacing.
Belgian yeast, dark fruits, plums and raisins, bit of booze, and has some malty goodness as well.
Sweet and yeasty up front, burnt biscuit mid mouth. Some caramel notes thrown in there. Slightly sour on the back end which wasn’t expected. Biscuit and alcohol aftertaste.
Thick and full. Rich and filling with high bubbly carbonation.
Overall a very good Belgian Dark. Sets itself a part with the slight sourness and has a really nice mouth.
