Poured into an Innis and Gun glass
A- Pours a dark ruby. Had a thick head at first, but it didn't last that long. Lacing evident.
S- Smells sweet and spicy, with some of that wild yeast scent that's usually a sign of a good beer.
T- Started off tasting sweet, like dates or figs, but the more I drink it the more flavors are evident. Sweet, dark bread, spices, fruit, wild yeast, caramel, molasses.
M- Not as heavy as one would expect from this style. Goes down very easy without being too light.
O- What I like about this beer is that there really is more flavor as you drink it. It's definitely worth getting, and I know I'm getting this one again.
