Pulled out from my cellar, aged two years from 08.
Pours like coca-cola with with a tan head that fades quickly and leave no lace. The sediment is big and floating like fruit in a jello mold. A very dark amber tone with a similar transparency like you're staring into an ancient piece of amber. A very sweet and sugary smell like a really good strong Belgian. Very smooth in taste sweet up front and fruity after with a nice wet wine aftertaste. Little to no bite or sting of alcohol, only a slight hint a minute after the swallow. A really good ale. I am glad I aged it a while.
