Poured from a 11.2 oz bottle into a wine glass. Reviewed live.
A- Two finger off-white head with medium retention. Large bubbles that hold flat. Ruby colored beer with high clarity. Leaves a thick fluffy white lacing. Nice looking beer.
S- Floral muted hops and sweet malty body. Toffee, brown sugar, high alcohol content. Spicy yeasts in the tail end of the aroma. Pretty smelling beer.
T- Sweet candied malts, licorice, high alcohol content, some hoppiness. Spicy in a way. Sour as well.
M- Mallow-y, finishes vinous and thin with a bit of a frothy linger. Bounces all over the place.
O- I enjoyed this beer much more than the Delirium Tremens. Tasty, but not something I'd like to drink a lot of.
