Out of a 330mL bottle...
A - Burnt orange to brown coloring with some sparse yeast floaties hanging out. Fluffy tan head dissipates rather quickly.
S - The first thing I noticed was clove and bubblegum. Fruits then come in with prunes, pears, and a touch of apple. Also had a bit of burnt caramel aroma.
T - The fruits are quite noticeable up front. However, on the tongue, it's more an apple and grape fruitiness. Spicing is also pretty prominent just as the aroma implies. Alcohol is pretty well hidden, but the sweetness quotient is a bit high. I also sensed a sour note every now and then.
M - Not as much carbonation as I expected after how it poured. I'd have like a touch more bite, but it does feel nice and creamy.
D - Really drinkable as the alcohol is hidden well.
