Presentation: 11.2 oz. brown bottle served in a stemless, oversized wine glass.
Appearance: Thin 1/2 finger head that fizzles out into a thin ring that stays 'till the end, and it leaves some great lacing. It's a cloudy, bright yellow color.
Smell: It has a simple, very sweet and pleasant smell. A mix of malt with red and green apples.
Taste: The sweet and sour taste is great and something that's not found in any other brew. The sour of the green apples dominate, but it's balanced nicely by a red apple and malt sweetness in the background.
Mouthfeel: Creamy and medium bodied with very little carbonation. It's light and very easy to drink.
Overall: Despite the sweetness on the nose and palate, everything feels nicely balanced, surprisingly. This beer is not cloying at all and doesn't have that candy flavor that turns away a lot of people from these types of fruit beers. It's great, very simple and refreshing. Proof that a good beer is not just about having a thousand flavors crammed into a bottle.

Lightly foggy yellow gold with a short white head.
Taste is green Jolly Rancher with the faintest hint of cinnamon, and not sour.
Though still fairly refreshing and perhaps less sweet, it's no where near the deliciousness of Floris Peche.
