L- Take the pour slowly, this one forms a big head fast. Deep chestnut, clear, currently has a 3-4Cm pale tan head that is rising/falling like a very over-yeasted wet dough - it's alive!! hehe...
S- The lable gives no hints, I get notes of timber, I wonder if it might be barrel aged... ? I'm pretty sure I'm going to find some spicing on the palate too.
T- Wow, spicy, some dough and caramel, raisons, overall a solid flavour.
F- It's a solid mouth-full, it feels all of it's 7.3%. I couldn't/wouldn't rush this one, it's too good for that.
O- Lovely, elegant, it has a big presence but at no point is anything over-prominent about it; ie a great balance.
Bought from BeersOfEurope/UK for home delivery. 330ml BB: 16/07/2021.

Well I have been waiting to get my hands and mouth on this one from the delirium brewery, So finally.
Pours a lovely ripe plum colour, fleashy and hazy. Head is light and foamy, but not much of it which is a shame.
Aroma is top drawer, dark fruit, malty and spicy with a reasonable but not overpowering chunk of alcohol. Very good, invites you in.
Taste is equally good, just the right balance of alcohol which grows on the aftertaste. The dark fruit and malt really comes through.
Feel is a little watery, but only as I had this serve a touch on the chilled side, but still nice and smooth.
Overall this is a world class beer make no mistake, at the time of writing, this hadn't had enough reviews to establish as so, but well worth a try.

Brown color with red highlights and a thick beige head with eternal retention.

Flavor with notes of chocolate, prunes, caramels, coriander, earthy and herbal hops. Dry aftertaste with a nice bitterness.
Light towards medium body with good carbonation.
Easy to drink Belgian Dark Ale with chocolate and herbal notes.

De Elcervecero. En copa Grimbergen. Jugando a Hollow Knight. Cierta acidez que sin llegar a estropearla del todo si que queda fuera de lugar y molesta, pues aparte de ella no se aprecia mucho mas
