Served on-draught into a hefeweissbier glass at the Delirium Cafe in Brussels, Belgium. Reviewed from notes taken June 2011. Cost was 3 euro.
A: Pours a one finger head of fair cream, nice thickness, and average retention. Colour is a semitransparent gold.
Sm: A moderately strong aroma of peach. Exciting and brilliant.
T: The peach body is brilliantly executed. Tastes natural, not artificial like so many bad fruit beers. The finish sweetens as the peach esters die, leaving a nice effect. Simple but effective and pleasant. Very well built for its aims. Very balanced and enjoyable.
Mf: Smooth and wet, with a hint of dryness on the finish. Complements the flavours of the body.
Dr: Very drinkable, well priced, and of good quality. Give her a spin, lads. A great peach beer.
Serving type: on-tap
