Drafts at the tap room.

Bright gold with glints of orange in the light. Compact layer of white foam, patchy skim and spindly drippy lace. Sharp clarity that catches the light.

Pungent aroma of Mosaic hops, slightly catty and citrusy.

Taste is grassy and citrusy, orange zest and cereal grain, puffed wheat aftertate.Very light body, easily drinkable in any quantity. Dry hoppy aftertase begs another sip.

Bottle while sitting at the camp fire. Light body with a slight floral taste. Tons of citrus in this beer. Not picking up on any tuna flavor however:(

Pours pretty much clear and golden in color with a one finger white fluffy head that retains nicely.

Smell has some fresh vibrant hop aromas. Predominately citrus notes forward with big juicy grapefruit aromas dominating the nose and milder herbal hop aromas also present. Some light grainy malt on the backend add some nice balance to the aroma.

Taste follows the nose being hop forward. Mild grapefruit like flavors start and fade quickly to a very mild earthy grassy bitterness. Lightly sweet grainy malt balances out the bitterness. Taste finishes with more hoppy oils lasting on the palette.

Mouthfeel is good. Light crisp feel balanced nicely with lots of sticky hop oil and resin. Moderate carbonation cuts the oils and keeps this very drinkable and refreshing.5
