Served in a tulip.
A: Poured a brown/maroon color, quite cloudy, and with a 1.5 finger (maybe a bit more) head that stuck around for a while.
S: Lots of brown sugar and bitterness here, chased by a faint whiff of chestnuts.
T: Quite bitter, but that totally kicked the brown sugar's ass. I didn't get as much of the nuttiness here because sort of a bitter/bleached-out brown sugar duo took over the profile. The drinkability was off the charts.
M: Creamy enough, comfortable carbonation bill, and lots of lacing. Nothing to bitch about here.
O: I had no trouble crushing a couple of cans of this. Nice beer!
