16oz can purchased from the brewery in Chicago, IL.
Pours a hazy deep golden hue with amber edges, one finger of eggshell white froth, and strands of lacing on the tulip glass.
Smell is highly potent and crystallized weed (dank), pine needles, whole wheat bread, thyme, nutty and doughy malts, perfume, lemon zest, fresh cut grass, white grapefruit, and floral, citrusy hops. Beautifully aromatic nose.
Taste is big citric, mouth-coating hops, lemon, orange rind, whole wheat cracker, brown bread, slight caramel, herbaceous, marijuana-like flavours, astringent and lingering bitterness, a little resinous as well. Hop-forward and scrumptious.
Mouthfeel is slick, medium-bodied, low carbonation, crisp and spicy hop bite transitions to a bitter, dry, and lasting finish. Lean yet balancing malt profile with boatloads of humulus lupulus.
Overall, Daisy Cutter isn't quite as nuanced as Alpha King, but it's still a masterful APA that delivers all the hop goodness and sessionability that one can expect from the style. A benchmark pale ale.

Thanks to my awesome girlfriend for picking up this gem...
Poured from 16oz can into fluted snifter/fat tulip/whatever. Mostly clear honey orange color with a nice fluffy snow white head that fades a bit then slows down, fed by lively carbonation. Nice solid lacing is left as it slowly descends from there.
Smell is awesome; floral, clean malt, bright citrus and slight tropical fruit, with a bit of dank herbal.
Taste is very crisp, simple floral and bitter citrus rind hops with ghostly tropical fruit and sweeter citrus, clean grassy flavors. This is complex, flavorful but light on the palate and drinkable as hell. I could slam these all day, in the best way.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp and clean. Wet, not sticky at all. Awesome and refreshing
Overall, this is the best session beer I've had. Very light in the mouth, but full in flavor, crisp and clean, amazingly well done.
