Been a favorite of mine since I moved to Chicago.
A- A golden reddish orange, the color of grapefruit skin. Thick white head that I remember lacing much stronger on-tap. Head retention is solid.
S- Warm citrus hops, pine. Smell hits your nose right on the crack of the can, sign of a great beer regardless of style.
T- Great citrus hop character. Malts balance the bitter hops more than people like to admit with this one. Starts with a hit of citrus hops, then comes the pine and the bit of bitterness that sticks to your tongue.
M- Crisp, not overly carbonated but enough so that it matches the flavor profile. Love that bitter tongue feel, just makes you want to drink one after another...
O- I love this beer. It's great on-tap and great from a can. APA IPA whatever this thing is, it's delicious.

Beer pours a golden orange color. There is a slight haze present, with small white bubbles that dissipate quickly. Almost looks like light orange juice.
Smell is perfect for a pale ale- notes of citrus and spice, also a hint of almond.
Beer is carbonated great for a pale ale- not too much carbonation, but enough to let you know they didn't forget to add some CO2. Beautiful initial hop character, but well-balance with sweet malt throughout. Malt character lingers alongside hops in after taste.
Wonderful pale ale- actually reminds me a little of brews from England. Well balanced and nicely put together.
I would drink this one again, and again. Cheers to Matt for sharing!

Have been enjoying this beer since I have been in Chicago. Great go to IPA (APA whatever they are calling it). Pours a light orange with a minimal white head which leaves a bit of lacing. I usually get more lacing out of this beer. Aroma is big piney citrusy grapefruit. Very clean crisp and light. Flavors are spot on. Grapefruit up front, good, clean, piney, bitterness, but not overly bitter. There is a bit of balance from the malt, but really this one is a great hoppy beer. Mouthfeel is good, but a bit light on carbonation. Overall this is a damn good enjoyable available beer. I'll definitely miss it when I no longer live in Chicago.

Poured from a 16oz can to a Dogfish Head Snifter.
Color: Hazy light orange with a white head.
Smell: Grapefruit and hops.
Taste: Grapefruit, hops and a nice earth tone.
Mouthfell: Medium carbonation, smooth and dry.
Overall: Really enjoyed the citrus and hops. Almost just like an IPA. Good brew. Cheers!
