Pours a transparent golden yellow color with yellow highlights. Has a thick white head that thins out to a nice thick ring that holds for the duration.
Strong aroma of citrus and hops, solid notes of bread and light malts, and a hint of yeast.
Surprisingly complex for the style. Initial taste is sweet, with notes of citrus, yeast and malts. The sweet taste dissipates very quickly, overpowered by a hoppy bitterness, with a touch of lemon. The aftertaste is a bit bitter as well, but with the slightest hint of honey.
Lighter in body, and with a great carbonation level. There's a certain crispness to it, and just a little bit of a bite.
Light, refreshing, and a lower alcohol content - you could drink this all day long.
