This winter glider is a concept reserved for the haul, the long push, the times when the day extends into the night. Roast punch and hop slice make this black ale your solution to winter sessions.

On tap, poured into an 8oz glass. The aroma ia a roasty, warm, rich bakers chocolate that turns earthy early on. The aroma turns towards cooked nuts by the end of the drink. The beer is a dark, near opaque, oily mahogany with a light beige foam head that retains a light ring with a moderately light lace. The taste is a dry, medium light sweet and bitter, fairly balanced. The beer is thin, and kinda watery with a fuzzy carbonation and a medium light, roasted body. Flavors of bread and a hint of raisin come through up front, and it finishes with toast, nearly burnt, with a dry caramel and cooked nuts as it warms. The aftertaste is slightly sticky, and gritty cocoa and earthy blend with a hint of nuts.
